Mainframe - DB2, JCL, COBOL, Easytrieve, panvalet, SQL Server 2008 R2, SSIS, Message Broker and MQ on the mf, IDMS,ADSO,.Blaze,.Net, Dynatrac

Domain - Medicare & Commerical Enrollment

5+ years of Technical Support Engineer experience with mid/large enterprise level software applications
2+ years of Application Development experience
Advanced SQL skills
Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments
Familiarity with Defect Management Systems and Service Management software (e.g. ServiceNow, Support Central)
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Proven aptitude in managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while meeting critical SLAs and deadlines.
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal.
Must be able to work non-standard hours as needed to support on-call team members and perform scheduled maintenance work
Domain knowledge on the Healthcare Payor industry is preferred
Well versed with ITIL processes
Technical undergraduate degree in math, computer science, engineering, or related discipline with an information technology focus (preferred)
Work in Shifts

NTT DATA is seeking an L3 Support Engineer to support multiple applications for a large Payor. The person in this position will provide expert-level troubleshooting, resolve technical issues within strict SLA, address root causes for issue prevention. Ability to discuss technical concepts with non-technical customers, manage tight timelines and meeting demanding constraints are needed

Basic Requirements:
5+ years of Technical Support Engineer experience with mid/large enterprise level software applications
2+ years of Application Development experience
