Northrop Grumman is looking for a Deputy Supply Chain Program Director that is responsible and accountable for the execution of material and services content on the F-35 Program. Coordinates cross-functionally with all of supply chain to ensure that the supply chain commitments are met, and that appropriate mitigation plans are developed and executed to address any programmatic risks related to suppliers. Responsible for the Risk & Issue management, Cost Account Management (CAM) and budget oversight, process efficiencies and development through all phases of the program. Ensures that prior to program execution, all elements of the proposed program(s) plans have complete and accurate schedules, budgets, and make/buy plans. Leads supply chain Program execution and is accountable for resource planning, material cost, forecasting, schedule performance, risk/opportunity management, supplier performance, and supply chain issue resolution. Briefs the Program Management Team and executive management on the status and issues affecting Program cost and schedule performance.
Develops, integrates, and provides visibility to the Global Supply Chain Production & Sustainment execution objectives and plans
Implements and manages the Risk & Issue Management process for the Global Supply Chain Team
Provides planning and integration for the proposal process within Global Supply Chain
Responsibility and oversight for material & labor budget performance
Ability to lead team comprised of technical, quality, financial and supplier management personnel
Collaborates across all Supply Chain functions to ensure cohesiveness and Team goals are achieved
9 years' experience leading supply chain program execution and/or program management including strategy, planning and execution of programs
5 years leadership experience
Background in government acquisitions
Experience directing multi-million dollar programs
Experience in aerospace/defense industry
Master's Degree in Business or Related field
