The primary responsibility of the Director of Advertising position is to drive media strategy for Merle Norman Studio and corporate initiatives utilizing online and offline media. To proactively manage projects and partner with Studio Owners and other departments to help increase Studio sales through effective use of Merle Norman advertising tools and programs. To create additional media programs as needed to reflect changes in the media landscape. To manage the Advertising department and ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget.
