Accounting, HR Assistant
Provide assistance in the Finance Dept at VMW. Various duties include accounts payable, purchase orders, accounts receivable invoicing, costing reports, and supporting payroll.
Provide assistant with Human Resource duties including new hires, benefits, time clock and attendance records.
*Accounting experience – 2 years.
*Knowledge with Microsoft and self-learner of software
*Attention to accuracy and detail.
*Excellent organizational and communication skills
*Must be discreet and confidential with all information.
