About the position:
You will be assisting with providing exceptional allergy care to patients of all ages (under physician supervision). This will include allergy testing, mixing (compounding) of sublingual immunotherapy (SLIT) and subcutaneous immunotherapy (SCIT), as well as allergy shots. You will also be informing patients about the testing and treatment processes (as directed by a physician). You assist with administrative functions, such as scheduling appointments, shipping serum, reconciling inventory, and other routine clinic functions. You may occasionally be asked to assist physicians in other areas of the clinic.
This position is performance bonus eligible. We have an extremely strong performance bonus program!
Only experienced candidates will be considered for this position. While orientation will be provided to our protocols, policies, and procedures, this position requires a current working knowledge of performing allergy testing, mixing immunotherapy, and providing allergy shots.
Traveling: This is a full-time position, however you will be working at 2 of our locations (North/Central) company locations. Mileage will be reimbursed.

What you will need:
Experience:
- At least one year of full-time experience which was primarily performing allergy testing, mixing, and providing allergy shots
- At least one year of experience using an EMR
Skills:
- Ability to carry out allergy testing according to established protocols
- Ability to mix immunotherapy serum (subcutaneous & sublingual) according to established protocols
- Ability to provide subcutaneous (SC/SQ) immunotherapy injections to patients of all ages
- Ability to provide counseling/education to patients surrounding the allergy testing and treatment processes, as directed by physicians
- Ability to room patients, take vitals, obtain patient intake-related information
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability and willingness to work as part of a team
- Ability to operate in a high-paced, dynamic, rapidly changing environment, adapting to the needs of the organization and employees
- Spanish and/or American Sign Language (ASL) bilingual preferred
