TTI Success Insights is looking for a strategic team member to fill our human resource needs.
As a growing organization, internally and externally, we're searching for the right individual to create a complete HR and Organizational Development presence within the organization. Currently, we're looking for one person, however, due to the size and scope of the opportunity, this person could be an HR Director looking for the next step, or a VP of HR/OD looking to create their own program. We're excited to find the right person to assist us in adding these critical elements to our outstanding organization.

Ensure all people processes are compliant and up to date with market demands.

Ensure all positions have job descriptions, benchmarks, KPIs, SOPs and development plans.

Maintain the culture and eNPS established at TTI Success Insights

Strategic Accountabilities
Establish and implement HR efforts that effectively communicate and support our mission and strategic vision.

Develop HR plans and strategies to support the achievement of the overall business operations objectives.

Work with the executive leadership team to establish a sound plan of management succession that corresponds to the strategy and objectives of the company.

Develop and implement comprehensive compensation and benefits plans that are competitive and cost-effective.

Plan and implement annual professional development programs and budgets.

Plan and implement all employee relations initiatives according to budget.

Provide HR specific consulting services to the clients of TTI Success Insights Global Consulting as needed.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Function as a strategic business advisor to the executive/senior management of each business unit or specialty group regarding key organizational and management issues.

Develop comprehensive strategic recruiting and retention plans to meet the human capital needs of strategic goals.

Provide overall leadership and guidance to the HR function by managing/performing duties of talent acquisition, career development, succession planning, retention, training, leadership development, compensation, and benefits.

Develop and administer various human resources plan and procedures for all company personnel.

Plan, organize and control all activities of the department. Participate in developing department goals, objectives, and systems.

Implement and annually update the compensation program; rewrite job descriptions as necessary; conduct annual salary surveys and develop merit pool (salary budget); analyze compensation; monitor the performance evaluation program and revises as necessary.

Develop, recommend and implement personnel policies and procedures; prepare and maintain handbook on policies and procedures; perform benefits administration to include claims resolution, change reporting, approving invoices for payment, annual re-evaluation of policies for cost-effectiveness, information activities program and cash flow.

Conduct recruitment effort for all exempt, nonexempt and temporary workers; write and place advertisements; work with supervisors to screen and interview candidates; conducts reference checking; extends job offers; conduct new-employee orientations; monitor career-path program and employee relations counseling; conduct exit interviews.

Manage, process and maintain all payroll and 401K processes.

Establish and maintain department records and reports. Participate in leadership meetings and contribute to staff meetings.

Maintain organizational charts and employee directory.

Evaluate reports, decisions, and results of department initiatives in relation to established goals. Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in the efficiency of department and services performed.

Ensure compliance with all federal, state and local employment laws.

Background of the VP of People

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources

SHRM Certified

5 Years Experience in HR Leadership

2 Years as a Director of HR
