We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales/Revenue Manager to join our team. As the Senior Revenue Manager, you will be responsible for maximizing revenue and profitability by developing and implementing effective revenue management strategies. You will work closely with various departments to analyze market trends, optimize pricing strategies, and ensure the overall financial success of the organization.
```Duties```
- Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximize revenue and profitability
- Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer demand to optimize pricing strategies
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to develop pricing strategies for different market segments
- Conduct regular revenue meetings to review performance, discuss opportunities, and make recommendations for improvement
- Utilize revenue management systems and tools to track and analyze data
- Train and mentor junior revenue management staff
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in revenue management
-Oversee inventory control by monitoring room availability, booking pace, and distribution channels to optimize occupancy and revenue
-Coordinate with reservations and front desk office teams to ensure accurate room allocation
```Skills```
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Strong background in hospitality management with a focus on revenue management, bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, etc., a major Plus
- Excellent customer service skills with a strong emphasis on guest relations
- Solid understanding of revenue management principles and techniques
- Proficient in analyzing data and making data-driven decisions
- Proficient in revenue management systems (RMS), hotel property management systems (PMS), and distribution channels
- Multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus
- Knowledge of human resources practices within the hospitality industry
- Experience in hotel management, certification in Revenue Management (CRME) is preferred
