The Company is looking for someone to lead their Clinical Support Operations and will offer a competitive compensation package. The Clinical Support Manager will be responsible for coordinating Arine's outward-facing projects and personnel, while communicating patient, provider and customer needs back to the management team.
The CSO Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations support for exciting new health programs being used by our healthcare customers and partners. Areas of responsibility include providing real time front-line support for both inbound and outbound calls, managing other call center support providers, technical support logistics, incident management, training delivery, metrics development, reporting and process improvement.
