**Key Responsibilities:**
- Oversee all aspects of mobile home installation, including but not limited to:
- Blocking and leveling
- Tying down and skirting
- Building steps and decks
- Performing dirt work, including caliche pads
**Qualifications:**
- Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn
- Ability to manage and direct others effectively
- Must not be afraid of hard work and long hours

**Additional Information:**
- Pay increases available after 90 days.
- Weekly pay.
