This position is the primary contact for all staff working at their facilities. Candidate will be required to visit their facilities to perform inspections, safety audits, general maintenance, quality control, and to interact with the patrons of the facilities. This position will be seasonal employment. The candidate will be required to work on Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, and all days related to these holidays, as well as weekends.

Qualifications
Three (3) years experience in the aquatics field with two (2) of these years in a management position OR four (4) years experience in the aquatics field with one (1) year in a management position
American Red Cross certified in Lifeguarding, First Aid, CPR for the Professional Rescuer, Automated External Defibrillator (AED), Oxygen Administration (O2), and Lifeguard Instructor (LGI)
Strong organization skills

Knowledge of pump room operations and water chemistry

Responsibilities

Ensure safety and cleanliness is #1 priority at all facilities
Report to Regional Director
Oversee employees, which include, Area Manager, Pool Managers, Head Guards, and Lifeguards
Oversee facilities in his/her area
Conduct preseason on-site trainings
Attend and conduct biweekly management meetings
Attend weekly Field Supervisor meetings
Share ideas/techniques to better company
Maintain appropriate water chemistry and pump room operation standards
Problem solve
Handle disciplinary issues
Train employees in pump room operations, customer service, etc.
Perform maintenance inspections
Assist with scheduling
Assist with employee evaluations
Motivate employees
Open/close pools at the beginning and end of the swim season based on Company standards
Communicate with pool patrons
Assist and supervise weekly in-service trainings
Conduct safety audits on their staff and facilities
Perform maintenance when necessary
Assist in conflict resolution with employees, patrons, and clients
Lifeguard if needed
