Title: PeopleSoft Administrator
Location: Washington, DC
The PeopleSoft System Administrator will work as part of a team to manage overall system performance, perform performance tuning, troubleshoot issues as they arise and migrate application code through the software development lifecycle. The individual's responsibilities include (at a minimum):
Manage the installation and configuration of PeopleSoft environments
Develop and update technical infrastructure design documents and manage them through the approval process
Work with technical resources (DBA, Linux Administrator, Network Administrator) to build and configure the production environment
Develop and implement the object migration process for the project
Testing & applying patches, updates & fixes for PeopleSoft
Documentation - Tasks requiring creation of written documents in support of system build, maintenance and operations
Environment Support - Implement a support structure for the project environments.
Report weekly status to the technical lead
2+ years experience administering multiple PeopleSoft instances (i.e., Dev, Test, QA, Prod)
Experience with at least one of the following:
1+ year experience in installing, configuring and managing PeopleSoft application on Oracle database
1+ year integration broker experience in PeopleSoft
1+ year experience in PeopleSoft configuration management and migrations
1+ year experience in administering, troubleshooting and monitoring batch scheduling utilities
1+ year experience in performance tuning of web server, app server and Process Scheduler
Preferred Skill Requirements
Operational experience in Linux (Red Hat preferred)
Developing technical design and/or architectural documents
Phire for Configuration Management
PeopleSoft Pure Internet Architecture Configuration
High Availability and Disaster Recovery solutions
Professional Skill Requirements

Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
Top Secret Clearance Required
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance. This requires residence in the US for the past three years continuously.
