About the Front Desk Receptionist - Director of First Impressions position
VIVA is on the search for a NEW full-time Front Desk - Director of First Impressions someone who goes above & beyond and enjoys working in a fun, friendly, creative environment!
You are an energetic team player who is detail oriented with a strong work ethic, cheerful, and professional demeanor. You must be able to work well in a fast-paced environment, be service oriented and above all- a problem solver.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Create a welcoming experience / environment at the front desk.
Select daily content for the theater screens, office music, etc.
Maintaining overall office organization, cleanliness.
Greet and direct visitors.
Call coordination intake.
Prepare, send and distribute mail & packages.
Maintain inventory of all office supplies and equipment.
Provide additional support such as: placing meal orders, booking travel and running errands, as they arise (car required).
Participate in company culture event scheduling and planning.
Take part in new talent onboarding.
Assist in various administrative and accounting tasks.
Ideal candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail.
Must be tech savvy and proficient in MS Office, Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet research.
Works well under pressure / Great multi-tasker.
Prior experience booking travel, and ordering supplies a plus.
Must have a get-it-done attitude.
Professional, or “creative casual” demeanor and appearance.
