Overview:
RESIDENZ seeks a motivated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role combines traditional administrative duties with outbound sales responsibilities, offering the opportunity to earn commission-based income on top of a competitive base salary. The ideal candidate is a multitasker with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule Management:
- Coordinate and maintain schedules for technicians and project managers.
- Ensure efficient scheduling of installations and service calls.
- Communicate schedule changes to relevant parties.
- Outbound Sales:
- Utilize email and phone to reach out to potential clients.
- Introduce RESIDENZ's low-voltage services and solutions.
- Generate leads and schedule follow-up appointments for the sales team.
- Earn commission based on profits generated from closed sales.
- Administrative Support:
- Answer and direct incoming calls.
- Greet clients and visitors.
- Manage and organize company documents and files.
- Assist with data entry and record keeping.
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous administrative experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
- Self-motivated with a drive to succeed in sales.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Commission:
- 10% Commission of Profit (Per Project Lead)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
