About the Position
We're looking for a talented, obsessive Director of Sales Operations to join the Embroker’s Sales team. Reporting to the Chief Sales Officer, this role will be responsible for optimizing the effectiveness of Embroker’s Sales organization through the development, implementation, and maintenance of a range of sales operations functions. You will manage the development and implementation of key sales tools and processes used to track forecasting and pipeline management. In addition, the Director of Sales Operations will apply advanced analytical, problem solving, and leadership skills while engaging sales team members and interdepartmental resources in the execution of streamlined sales processes.
The overall primary objective is to improve business function, sales productivity, and overall sales process and efficiency.
Be the go-to expert for sales leadership and producers on all GTM and revenue metrics, including leading weekly pipeline meetings alongside Embroker’s Chief Sales Officer.
Partner with sales executives on all operational and analytical requests: quota setting, business performance analyses, etc.
Design and implement sales compensation plans, including approval of sales deal flow and administration of quarterly sales commissions.
Lead projects with cross-functional partners to make data-driven decisions on topics including: forecasting, growth/churn strategy, vertical optimization, process improvement, sales incentive design, financial bookings policy, product mix analysis, and identifying strategic opportunities.
Lead revenue planning and projection, including the financial component of major strategic initiatives and preparation of financial metrics for reporting to the executive leadership team and investors.
What You Bring to the Team:
5-7 years of experience in Technology Sales, Sales Operations or GTM operations
Minimum 5 years in a Sales Analyst capacity
Have advanced SFDC skills covering the entirety of the sales cloud including report creation, dashboards & data manipulation using dataloader or similar tools with a heavy focus on pipeline analytics, trend analysis and forecasting
Strong Excel skills
