What is the Operations Team?
Operations is the backbone of our business! Here in the call center; we process loans, assist customers through the application process, provide excellent customer service, and follow up on past due accounts. As a member of the Enova Ops team, you’ll be trained to do a little bit of each in order to best be equipped to service our customers.
What you’ll do as a Customer Service Representative:
You’re right for this job if you have:
Training for two weeks Monday - Friday 8:30 am -5pm
Shifts available after training:
1) Monday-Thursday 11:30am-8pm Sunday 9am-5:30pm
2) Tuesday-Friday 11:30am-8pm Saturday 9am-5:30pm
Pay and Benefits:
This position pays a base salary of $14 per hour plus the opportunity to earn competitive incentives
