Provides comprehensive Onboarding support in SharePoint to provide hands on Onboarding sessions to varying audience types.
Provides SharePoint training to the organization?s users for basic and advanced SharePoint functionality.
Assists each Contract Management Office (CMO) function group with establishing metadata standards, site and data analysis, clean-up, and migration planning.
Ensures security and confidentiality of electronic records and files including analyzing and reporting on SharePoint metrics.
Implements the Integrated Workload Management System within assigned CMO, develops local business process with workflows, customized lists, and/or document libraries.
Performs file and data maintenance through evaluation of file storage needs to ensure accessibility and search ability of CMO enterprise documents.
Develops methods for automating business and administrative processes by considering interrelationships of datasets and meaningful reporting.
Recognizes, diagnoses, and acts on user problems and/or resolves problems in coordination with the DCMAIT system administrators.
Responsible for performing quality control functions on CMO databases; analyzes data, evaluates quality, identifies errors and trends; develops plans for error correction and reversal of negative trends in data quality.
Occasional travel - Business Travel required 5% of the time.

Specialized experience is defined as: expertise in the implementation and maintenance of SharePoint (DCMA 360). Experience troubleshooting, installing, administering, and/or developing a web application; experience with file and data maintenance, record keeping, and/or distribution of forms/documents/information; experience interpreting and providing guidance on information technology procedures and policies; experience providing information technology (IT) support to customers AND I have Information Technology (IT) related experience demonstrating each of the following four competencies: 1) Attention to detail: Thorough when performing work and conscientious about attending to detail; 2) Customer Service: Experience working with clients and customers assessing their needs, providing information or assistance, resolving their problems, satisfying their expectations, knows about available products and services, committed to providing quality products and services; 3) Oral Communication: Experience expressing information to individuals or groups, taking into account the audience and nature of the information, and making oral presentations; 4) Problem Solving: Experience identifying problems and determining the accuracy and relevance of information using judgment to generate and evaluate alternatives, and making recommendations.
