We’re looking for a UX/UI Designer to develop visually compelling and beautiful web assets and experiences. You will work closely with developers and marketers to create and bring ideas to life to help drive new business. We're looking for graphic design + frontend chops with a generous helping of user experience design.
Your charge as a UX/UIdesigner at ViscoSoft is to develop and deliver innovative, intuitive, compelling visuals to create a world-class customer experience and intensify a robust, profitable brand. You consistently raise the bar on the customer experience. You are responsible for employing user-centric design to address visual excellence. You maintain web/print design standards and act responsibly in the execution of these standards, as well as strive to innovate and advance continuously. You interact with the creative team, product development, project/program management groups, other designers, and executives to succeed. While driving for expertise in the design field and customer experience, you possess the business acumen to understand the impact of their work on a broader scope.
You are responsible for the execution of graphics and/or visual standards across ViscoSoft, Muse Sleep, and Matrix Sleep. This position requires you to think big about how we tell our story across multiple B2C segments and put the vision into action. With careful attention to the brand and graphic standards, you will drive visual strategy and build strong creative assets reaching customers across multiple segments. You adhere to brand style guides and updated branding. You assist in the creation of print collateral and take care to ensure exact deliverable specifications.

Maintain the brand identity and brand guidelines.
Deliver high-quality, on brand, scalable/responsive graphic solutions on time.
Work with business and/or development partners to understand the scope of work requests, key goals, messages, calls to action, etc. so designs reflect these objectives.
Understand fundamental questions that need to be asked at the beginning of any request (with the depth of questions increasing as complexity increases).
Take an idea from concept to reality.
Understand usability principles that help drive successful designs.
Create customer-centric designs by integrating marketing objectives, target audience, and creative assets into designs.
Help and support in the update and production of brand collateral for social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
Assist with ongoing website + e-comm updates.
Conceptualization + design of emails, newsletters, + web marketing collateral.
Ensure brand + design standards are met on every project.
Produce signage + collateral for events.
Experience: 2+ years of experience in graphic design
Exceptional Skills in the Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Axure — all other apps are an asset.
Effective communication, organizational skills, and thought process communication.
Ability to work with various departments to finish necessary projects
Ability to work independently
Self-starter, able to think creatively to solve problems.
A nimble mind, able to change directions with multiple rounds of feedback.
