What are the requirements for a DSP?
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- A clear background check and drug screen.
- Possibly relevant experience or certifications.
- Strong communication skills, empathy, and patience.
- A genuine interest in supporting others.
As a DSP, you will have the opportunity to empower individuals with diverse abilities, foster independence, and create meaningful connections. Your role will be pivotal in providing personalized care, promoting inclusion, and nurturing a supportive environment.
What shifts do we have available?
- We’re 24/7 365. We currently have evening, overnight, and weekend shifts available.
- This also allows us to offer flexible schedules.
