FAUS Glass currently has positions open for Commercial Glass Installers and Foreman for our Salt Lake Branch. Installers are required and expected to safely and efficiently Install Commercial glazing products such as Aluminum storefront Frames, Curtain Wall, Commercial Doors and Applicable Hardware, Insulated and Monolithic Windows. Occasionally will be asked to assist in Residential installations as we are looking to expand our residential operations in the Salt Lake Valley and surrounding areas.
Installers are expected to arrive to each job on time and ready to work safely and efficiently. Employees will receive quarterly efficiency and safety bonuses based on their performance and compliance with OSHA guidelines.
Foremans are expected to safely and efficiently manage the jobsite while assisting installers with their daily operations. Foremans will be required to generate a daily or weekly report (depending on job) to project managers. Minimum of 4 years of experience is required for any applicants applying for the Foreman position.
Foremans like installers are also expected to arrive to each job on time and ready to work safely and efficiently. Foremans will receive quarterly efficiency and safety bonuses based on their own performance and compliance with OSHA guidelines as well as their crew's performance and compliance with OSHA guidelines. Other Foreman perks include higher wages, larger bonus caps, a company vehicle with fuel card, and company credit card. Foreman is solely responsible for the company vehicle, fuel card and credit card and their bonuses. These are all monitored by our accounting department.
Installers and Foremans will have gym access to all VASA locations in Utah with our corporate membership program.
Future Employees must be able to pass a background check, drug test and MUST have a safe/clean driving record, must have a reliable source of transportation to and from jobs.
Foremans and Installers are required to supply their own tools excluding glazing specific tools (Suction Cup, Glass Cutter, Etc.) that will be provided by FAUS Glass. FAUS Glass will also provide any PPE if you do not already have any of your own.
