Overview
We are seeking a skilled DocuSign Configuration Consultant to join our team and optimize our document workflow processes. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of DocuSign's capabilities and be able to effectively configure the platform to automate and streamline our document management tasks.
Responsibilities
- Workflow Design: Develop and implement customized DocuSign workflows that align with our business processes and requirements.
- Configuration: Configure DocuSign settings, templates, and envelopes to automate document routing, signing, and data extraction.
- Integration: Integrate DocuSign with our existing systems (e.g., CRM, ERP) to create a seamless document workflow experience.
- Training: Provide training and support to our team on DocuSign usage and best practices.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues related to DocuSign configuration and implementation.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize DocuSign workflows and processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications
- DocuSign Expertise: Proven experience with DocuSign configuration, including a deep understanding of workflows, templates, envelopes, and integrations.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using DocuSign's API and integration tools.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing business requirements and learn new technologies.
- 8+ years of experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications: DocuSign certifications (e.g., DocuSign Certified Administrator, DocuSign Certified Developer).
- Industry Experience: Experience in our industry or a related field.
