General Purpose: The individual in this position must actively uphold and exemplify Longevity Health’s commitment to improving the health and quality of life of nursing home residents by caring for their unique medical, social, and emotional needs.
Drive operational excellence through the development and execution of our HRIS roadmap. In this role, you will refine and evolve our HRIS to optimize user experience while facilitating increasing demands that come with a scaling company. This position is responsible for working with our Human Resources team, especially partnering with our HRIS Administrator, to ensure that their needs are translated into requirements which can then be built into our systems, processes and tools.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

Note this company is unwinding from a PEO and looking at a 4 month new UKG Pro integrated HRIS software implementation between now and January 1st 2025. This will be an all- consuming project for the next several months.

Lead the full implementation on the internal company side of UKG Pro integrated HRIS system while transitioning/exporting data from our PEO TriNet system.

System compliance: Ensuring that HRIS systems adhere to data security and privacy requirements.

Technical support: Providing technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to HR employees.

System management: Managing permissions, access, and personalization for HRIS users.

System design: Leading the design and deployment of HRIS systems.

System integration: Integrating HRIS systems with other enterprise systems.

Data management: Developing and implementing data management strategies.
-
System improvement: Identifying areas for system improvement and optimization.

System updates: Collaborating on system updates and usability improvements.

System configuration: Configuring systems according to business needs.

System proposals: Writing system proposals, including scope and system specifications.

Complex HRIS installation, customization, development, maintenance, and upgrade to applications, systems, and modules

Conversion of data from legacy systems

Phased implementation of HRIS systems based on modules to meet timelines and budget

Interface configuration for application programming interfaces

Authorizations and role-based access control

Configuration of complex reports for both ad hoc and scheduled report requests

Deployment of enhancements to meet LHP requirements

Ongoing status reporting of configuration efforts by module

Unit testing and Integration testing of interrelated modules and workflows

Go-live support capabilities including troubleshooting techniques and resolution to SLAs

Maintains knowledge of trends and developments in HRIS providers, vendors, and technology.

Credentials & Coverage:

Valid state driver’s license with a good driving record and proof of automobile insurance required.

Auto liability insurance coverage per minimum required by home state.

SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and certified compensation professional credentials strongly preferred.
Education and Training:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or related field.

Extensive training in UKG Pro systems highly preferred.
Knowledge and Experience:

Six years of progressively responsible experience working with implementing, upgrading and maintaining HRIS integrated systems.

Strongly prefer experience specifically with UKG Pro implementation, configurations and applications.

Strong functional expertise with HRIS technology, operations, implementations, systems, data and analytics.

Proven experience handling confidential and sensitive HR information with the ability to exercise discretion and show good judgement, honesty, integrity and trust-building behaviors in all dealings is essential.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret and communicate data.

Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to use Microsoft products, including Excel.
