Responsible for reviewing, negotiating and adjusting a medium size portfolio of moderately complex delinquent/problem loans or high level collateralized accounts which require special handling and/or analysis. Functions include: evaluate risk; analyze account information including financial statements and total relationship; coordinating initial loan renewal process; negotiating with borrower and/or attorneys in order to determine workout solutions; restructuring supervised loans; recovering charged-off loans; monitoring adherence to terms of agreement. Analyzing account equity to determine full/partial charge off or attend foreclosure sale. May conduct research and determine resolution for title/collateral perfection issues. May include title claim filing to recover losses.

4+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: customer contact, customer service, collections, loan workout, sales, or financial services
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
2+ years of legal experience
Ability to navigate multiple computer system windows, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
Ability to read correspondence accurately and be able to provide a written response
Ability to research and report on a variety of issues using problem solving skills
