Join our Signet Customer Care Department as we grow! We are looking for Part Time permanent team members to support Customer Care needs for the Kay, Zale, and Jared brands.
Possess strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills?

Promote positive guest relations and provide quality customer service?
Have proficient PC skills including navigating multiple screens?
Have the ability to work flexible hours (evenings and weekends)?
Demonstrate strong analytical and critical thinking skills?
Service customers, store personnel, District Managers, and various home office personnel in a fast paced/high volume inbound contact center.
Research and resolve issues, received through phones calls, chat and email, with fact finding questions. Additionally, answer our customer’s questions when appropriate.
Assess information from a variety of systems and references; focus on identifying service issues and initiate appropriate action to resolve.
Service high volume of calls in a timely manner with an exceptionally high level of quality while building customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Calls include, but are not limited to, all aspects of Signet Jewelers E-commerce, policies, and/or procedures. Must also be comfortable placing outbound calls.
Identify trends communicated by our customers and ensure management is brought into the loop.
Up to 4 weeks paid training
Hourly pay rate of $13.15
