RETAIL MANAGEMENT - STORE LEADERSHIP OPPORTUNITY
Bassett Home Furnishings is seeking energetic, motivated, and experienced retail leaders to join our Manager-In-Training program in Houston.
Manager-In-Training (M.I.T.) candidates will train locally, may travel, and must have the ability to relocate. This program is in preparation for managing one of our beautiful showrooms, with opportunities based on how relocatable each M.I.T. candidate is.

Applicants for this position should be prepared to discuss how their leadership, service, design, sales, and operational skills have led to the development of cohesive, successful and profitable teams.
Minimum 3 years retail experience, preferably in home furnishings
Minimum 2 years design experience, or interior design degree
Skilled at leading, motivating and managing a sales/design team
Passion for design, positive attitude, and professionalism is a must
Ability to interpret profit/loss statements, KPI metrics, and general sales reports
Willingness to work weekends and holidays
Willingness to relocate
