A new Commercial Real Estate Technology organization has been designed to ensure that the largest Commercial Real Estate business in the United States has dedicated, thoughtful technology leadership to broker optimal solutions while authoring key real estate specific services.
The Business Initiatives Consultant will actively partner with business line managers, Wholesale Technology and the Business Transformation office in long range strategic planning and ensuring integration and partnership with enterprise wide technology strategy. Will act as a liaison and provides ongoing updates to LOB management regarding long and short range technology programs and recommend solutions for challenges, risks and technology decisions.
In addition, this person will assist in forecasting, budgeting, resource management and any other Chief Administrator Office (CAO) requests on behalf of CRE. This is a critical piece of the CRE Technology organization as we look to create a new standard of operating to support the line of business.
Finally this team member will be responsible for ensuring CRE Technology compliance with all policies and standards pertaining to technology remediation, segregation of duties, BCP and others.
8+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: project management, implementation, or strategic planning
3+ years of technology management experience
2+ years of strategic planning and development experience
2+ years of budget management experience
Knowledge and understanding of technology risks related to business risks
Strong relationship management skills
2 + years of technology vendor management experience including hardware, software or professional services
1+ year of business continuity planning experience
Other Desired Qualifications
1+ years of Technology Risk Management experience
3+ years of relationship management experience with business and technology partners
Ability to interact with all levels of an organization
Demonstrated strong business and technology acumen with knowledge and understanding of the financial, operational, technical and - regulatory drivers impacting a complex and dynamic global technology environment
Demonstrated experience motivating and influencing groups or individuals across organizational boundaries to gain trust and confidence to make timely decisions
Previous experience in Wells Fargo Wholesale Technology or the WF CRE business
