This is a highly visible and exciting role within the Xandr Media Sales Operations team!

As a Digital Business Analyst, you will be part of a team responsible for delivering system solutions to Xandr Media Sales and Operations. Our DigitalBusiness Analystswear many hats on their projects and are responsible for everything from requirements gathering, testing, training and most importantly, post deployment support. As a Digital Business Analyst, you will support the Director and Associate Director of Digital Systems Strategy and Operations in working with the Advertising Technology Team, external vendors, and other internal groups to design, develop, and deploy large-scale enterprise solutions all while learning and growing your skill set.

Work with clients and end users to gather, understand, and define business requirements
Perform business analysis, develop user stories, document As-Is and To-Be processes/workflows, identify automation opportunities and requirements
Work closely with the business to manage user expectations, understand & prioritize business requirements, conduct user training, perform system demos, and create documentation
Assist with the deployment and communication around product releases
Basic knowledge of sales systems architecture, UI design/implementation, and system capabilities; this includes an understanding of how external data is utilized in the Salesforce instance and what data this encompasses
Ensure completion of all project-related artifacts, including functional specifications, technical specifications, use cases, and test plans
Assist with coordination of all aspects of testing: conduct functional tests, performance test and user acceptance testing
Participate in key meetings with clients including requirement sessions, system demos, user acceptance testing, and end user training
Become a subject matter expert in the business process(es) that he/she is supporting
Provide on-site support ensuring stability of existing products and successful implementation and adoption of technology solutions
Occasional off-hours support may be necessary to address outages or pressing system issues


Required Qualifications:
2 - 3 years of hands on experience with various Digital systems/vendors such as: Operative.One, DealMaker Digital, Zuora, STAQ, FreeWheel, AppNexus, MOAT, comScore, Nielsen, Zendesk

1+ years’ experience with business analysis & requirements gathering, writing and managing use cases and functional/technical requirements creation

Proven ability leveraging analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment

Detail-oriented individual with the ability to quickly ramp up on new clients, their business needs, and technologies

Strong presentation, communication (written and verbal) skills, and interpersonal skills

Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks within a collaborative team environment

Demonstrates flexibility and willingness to do what it takes to get the job done

Drive and desire to learn and grow both technical and functional skill sets

Proficient with Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project, and Visio

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent work experience

Preferred Experience and Skills

Experience in US Media & Entertainment environment preferred, specifically with Sales, Finance or Operations functions

Experience with custom and vendor managed solutions;

Experience documenting user stories and creating to-be process flow diagrams

Experience collaborating with business stakeholders

Experience in supporting 24x7 mission critical applications

Integration (ETL & Data) and Data Management Experience

Excellent communication, presentation & analysis skills with solid business acumen

Collaborative team player accustomed to working within and across groups

Organized and detail-oriented with ability to manage own work as well as track the activities of others
