The Position: WRM has openings for Plant Laborer who will be responsible for running the daily operations of our grease and/or wastewater processing operations.
A WRM team members enjoys consistent work that is not subject to weather or economic fluctuations. Most of our shifts run Monday through Friday with occasional weekends.
Responsibilities and Duties

Operates day to day production.

Continuously monitors systems and maintains plant equipment to minimize unplanned downtime.

Oversees and manages inventory levels.

Coordinates inbound and outbound shipments.

Maintain and enforce good housekeeping that keeps the plant free from debris, spills, and waste.

Special projects and other duties as assigned.

Frequently operates company vehicles on site.
Requirements:

Has a mechanical aptitude, including experience with pumps & valves is desired.

Ability to climb scaffolding/ladders over 30 ft above ground.

Ability to work in extreme weather conditions.

Must have a valid driver license.

Highly motivated, self-starter.

Good at troubleshooting and problem solving.

Must be able to travel up and down catwalk stairs repeatedly.

Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds multiple times a day.

Experience around hi-voltage equipment &chemicals preferred.
