The photography team is looking to add a creative and execution-oriented Project Manager & Producer to drive the process that will aid in further expanding our beautiful in-house photography library to be used in all of our platforms.
What you'll do
Lead all efforts that contribute to the smooth operation of the photography team. Manage the photography process from brief to completion while keeping an eye on project objectives, priority, deadline and budget
Connect and consult with stakeholders from cross-functional teams (Marketing, Brand, Product) to ensure that the forecasted photography needs are aligned with the larger strategy set by the Creative Directors
Identify and solve workflow issues; implement process improvements on a daily basis
Ensure seamless production of photoshoots. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Create estimates, forecast costs and track each project’s and quarterly budgets
Source crew and talentLocation casting
Manage contracts, NDA’s and vendor payments
Schedule and manage production crew
Continuously work on expanding the current talent roster
Manage and oversee all retouching rounds
What you'll need
Bachelor’s Degree with 1-3 years of project management or production experience in creative teams preferred
Exceptional project management capability, including excellent attention to detail and experience communicating effectively with partners at all levels of the organization
Authority at delivering projects, taking them from idea and inception to implementation and ongoing management.
Excellent verbal, writing and presentation skills.
Self-starter who is able to plan, prioritize, and drive multiple projects.
Excitement to jump from tactical to strategic with humility.
You look for what’s already working - you can work with different styles and aren’t wed to a certain process or methodology.
You thrive in a feedback-rich environment and are constantly learning.
