Leads the Company functions responsible for capital-raising, hedging programs, export credit finance, and economic analysis. Leads Company relationships with banks, capital markets and credit rating agencies. Point person for operation groups soliciting Treasury support. Develops and delivers executive level presentations to Company management.

This role has direct leadership responsibility as well as indirect leadership accountability for both internal and external staff. Must be able to lead effectively by persuasion and influence as role has responsibility without authority when leading cross-functional project teams. Must demonstrate leadership effectiveness, intellectual capacity, and good interpersonal skills. Must possess excellent communication and presentations skills. Ability to manage detail while maintaining strategic focus a must.

Requirements:
Completion of an undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Management or related field.
Preferred candidates will have an MBA.
10+ years of progressive and related experience.
Must possess both finance and commercial or operations experience, preferably in the oil industry or related field.
Strong financial accounting and tax knowledge are required.
