Applicants must possess the following qualities

*‪Able to interact with employees, customers, and vendors with a positive and engaging attitude -- always being of service to anyone around you.

‪*Knowledgeable and proficient in each position within the restaurant.‪

*Manages and delegates daily functions of the restaurant, including prepping product, making food, serving customers, and completing daily and weekly cleaning duties.‪

*Manages labor, and controls inventory using the tools provided.

‪*Ensures sanitation practices are being used in handling and preparing food in the kitchen.‪

*Ensures all safety and security policies are being followed.‪

*Trains and coaches employees during each shift to ensure company standards are being met.

‪*Performs any additional tasks necessary to run the restaurant.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

*1 or more years of restaurant experience as shift manager.

*Legally able to work within the State and Federal Guidelines.‪

*Able to obtain a ServSafe and TIPS Certification.

*‪Able to work and manage the team in a fast-paced environment.

*Able to speak Spanish is a plus.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

*‪Continuous standing and walking throughout the duration of each shift.

*‪Must be able to stand, bend, reach/scoop for a long time.‪

*Must be able to lift and carry 30-50 lbs regularly.‪

*Constant face-to-face interactions with Employees and customers.‪

*Safely navigate in a fast-paced restaurant environment.‪

*Ability to multi-task and remain positive in sometimes stressful working conditions.

WORKING CONDITIONS

‪Most shifts are eight hours, but this may vary.‪ Managers can expect to have some early mornings, late evenings, weekend and/or holiday hours, and will have additional opening/closing responsibilities.‪ Comply with the brand and Company uniform and personal hygiene policies for each shift.‪ Fun, fast-paced, upbeat environment!
