Weichert Workforce Mobility is looking to hire a Relocation Assistant to work in our corporate headquarters in Morris Plains, NJ. The Relocation Assistant is responsible for entering client initiations into our proprietary system in support of client engagements at the beginning of the relocation process. The position also provides administrative support to the assigned Customer Service department.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Performs data entry of initiations into the WIN system. Ensures data is accurate and corrects routine errors including follow-up with clients to determine proper information is obtained.
Inputs monthly scorecard results into a regional scorecard.
Answers the "tax hotline"; answers routine questions and/or directs calls to appropriate individuals.
Answers phone for team and/or departmental management. Takes message or fields/answers all routine questions.
Maintains the department's filing system.
Prepares presentations under the Client Service Director's or RVP's instruction.
Arranges meetings; coordinates activities between departments and outside parties.
Sorts and distributes mail. Opens mail for the team and/or departmental management and determines level of priority. Prepares packages to be sent via UPS.
Supports the Regional Vice President on special, non-recurring and ongoing projects.
Fields requests for off-site employees
Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements:The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
One (1) to two (2) years of administrative experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products
Ability to generate reports and spreadsheets in Excel
Strong oral and written communications skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail
