Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Manages department/shift managers while providing coaching on best practices, workplace safety and training & development opportunities.
  • Oversees the opening and closing of 24-hour restaurant by effectively managing labor (staff scheduling) and food costs.
  • Adheres to food safety practices and follows through using daily checklists and protocols to ensure compliance.
  • Monitors weekly and monthly food inventory levels to ensure adequate supply based on recommended units.
  • Oversees proper execution of POP and merchandising inside/outside restaurant, including local store marketing efforts.
  • Responsible for primary restaurant technologies: POS, cashless payment systems and other order & pay options.
  • Follows through on actions from restaurant experience visits to ensure Quality, Service and Cleanliness standards are exceeded.
  • Encourages restaurant team to adhere to uniform policy, professional grooming and exceptional hospitality.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $47,000.00 to $57,000.00 /year

Experience:

  • Restaurant Management: 3 years
