EXAMPLE OF TASKS:
Receive incoming bank wires via email and distribute to departments accordingly
Responsible for incoming/outgoing wires
Communicate clearly, listen concisely and effectively
Familiarity with loan documents
Accurately document information into company software.
Daily Reconciliation and reports
Monitor incoming emails into the department
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Banking & Accounting experience very helpful
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely
Advanced organization skills
Experience with Real Estate
Mortgage background with knowledge of basic terminology
Read, interpret, and apply federal, state, and local collection laws, rules, regulations and company policies and procedures (FDCPA & CFPB). communicate with private lenders all within industry time frames.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
MONDAY - FRIDAY 8am to 5pm
Salary: $23.10 - $26.76 per hour
Higher pay is offered only for proven prior mortgage loan servicing experience.
