Position Description
- Responsible for all aspects of the development/implementation of a systems project or program involving department or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of a computer-based system from the design process through a finished state for internal/external customers.
- Provides a single point of contact for projects and responsible to take projects from original concept through final implementation and responsible for conducting project meetings.
- Interfaces with all areas affected by the project including end users, computer services, and client services.
- Defines project scope and objectives. Oversees/coordinates all aspects of project and serves as project manager between clients, systems, line management and other departments. Plans and directs schedules as well as project budgets.
- Monitors the product/program/project from initiation through delivery, interfacing with customer on technical and non-technical matters.
- Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals. Manage integration of vendor tasks and tracks success.
- Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, budgets, and status reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Development of project plan and tasks while providing high degree of customer service
- Manages and coordinates all customer calls and updates project plan accordingly
- Collaborate and manage coordination of engaging relevant business units – this includes but not limited to interfaces and interacting with product development teams
- Review resources and staffing requirements and ensure reaching maximum efficiencies in process
- Oversee and coordinate with international coworkers lead for key customer facing activities
- Issue tracking and reporting
- Baseline knowledge of ERP Systems
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Verifies application results by conducting system audits of technologies implemented

Minimum Qualifications
- 2+ years’ experience in project management, requirements definition, building systems solutions and/ or deployment of business requirements to information systems.
- Previous software implementation experience
Critical Skills:
- Direct experience in project management for technology system
- Demonstrated success in the managing and delegating in a team-based environment
- Strong Microsoft Office products experience including PowerPoint, Excel, One point Microsoft Projects; and Visio required
Additional Knowledge/Skills
- Project management (PMP) certification or IMPA certification, strongly preferred
- Ability to generate and track multiple system implementation project plans according to budget, customer expectations, and deadlines
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies, strong critical thinking, attention to detail, and problem solving-skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and facilitation skills to communicate critical milestones professionally with people at all levels of the organization and with external customers
- Knowledge of audit and certification management is an advantage
- Common understanding of technical environments is an advantage

Education
- 2-year degree in computer science, business of related field or equivalent experience
Starting salary $70,000 or DOE
