Rivet Logic Corporation, a leading IT consulting services firm focused on helping major enterprises build digital experiences with leading open source and cloud-based enterprise software, is seeking an Account Executive to join our rapidly growing sales team. We build and deliver unique solutions to major enterprise clients such as Marriott, MasterCard, NFL, JP Morgan Chase, AT&T Mobile, Harvard University, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Autotrader Group, T. Rowe Price, and many others.
Description: The Rivet Logic Account Executive is responsible for identifying, positioning, qualifying and capturing project opportunities with Fortune 1000 clients for consulting services in support of content management, portal, Big Data, and mobile solutions. You will be responsible for new business development, account management and sales execution.
Candidates must be knowledgeable and skilled in IT solution and consulting sales, consultative selling, and have a successful track record of leading business development and relationship selling efforts into accounts in their territory. The ideal candidate should be an energetic, self-starter able to demonstrate excellent oral and written communications skills, be skilled at customer presentations, and have prior successful experience selling consulting services into new accounts and working effectively in a team selling environment.
This position will be part of our existing sales team and will focus on new business development. Daily activities include prospecting, proposal development, account planning, telemarketing, and coordinating business development efforts to support Rivet Logic’s new business and territory development strategy. As part of this strategy, the candidate will be responsible for cultivating and managing direct and partnership arrangements with customers and prospects to help facilitate the fulfillment of customer business, technology and project related requirements around Rivet Logic’s enterprise solutions.
The candidate needs to be capable of establishing and building high level relationships with a strong track record in positioning organizational capabilities, IT solutions and consulting services, meets and confers with line management regarding the status of specific sales opportunities, pipeline, proposal activities and problems, issues, or conflicts requiring resolution.
Prefer Candidates with prior IT solutions sales experience around content management, portal and/or Big Data consulting services and experience building long-term key customer relationships.
Prefer candidates with demonstrated experience selling IT Consulting Services contracts in a territory with quota of at least $2 million or more in services-focused business.
Candidates must include earnings history with annual quotas and actual performance against quotas for the prior three years to be considered.
Compensation: This position offers a competitive base salary, commissions, and a comprehensive benefits package. Salary is commensurate with experience. All respondents must include salary, references and commission history with their response in order to be considered.
