Deloitte Platforms is an organization within Deloitte Consulting whose goal is to use continuous innovation to drive profitable revenue through the incubation of breakthrough ideas in IP-asset based businesses.

We are looking for a self-starter to support our Deal Desk and help us commercialize and contract for our new products and solutions. Our ideal candidate brings experience supporting recurring revenue offerings or SaaS, strong adherence to process, initiative and strong decision-making skills along with the interest to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. As a critical member of the team, you will help support the Sales Enablement team and the broader Deloitte Consulting team manage the contracting phase of the opportunities in the asset-based portfolio.

Work You’ll Do:
Write the business terms for individual SaaS/Software licenses
Manage end to end contract cycle from initial contract draft through to contract signature
Propose alternative pricing/packaging arrangements for select strategic/complex deals
Complete negotiations of complex and/or non-standard contracts and agreements
Work with OGC/QRM and business stakeholder to develop contract templates
Ensure documents are delivered on time (SLA timelines) and meet high quality expectations
Act as the point of control for standardization to ensure that standard agreements are not subject to unauthorized customization
Provide SaaS/Software contract leadership and guidance to Deloitte Consulting leadership and engagement team leadership.

Strong leadership and project management skills
Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills
Advanced MS Office skills with an emphasis on MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
Experience in the overall sales cycle and specifically software subscription and services contracts is a plus
Experience working in complex, multi-stakeholder organizations, virtual and cross-cultural teams
Brings a positive approach, easy to work with, enjoys working with other accomplished, strong professionals
