We are currently seeking a Technical Support/ Helpdesk Analyst for our client in the Travel domain. Duration: 36 Months Contract

Role: Technical Support/ Helpdesk Analyst

Primary Skill: LAN

Note: Must be willing to work in rotational shifts.

Role Description: The Technical Support/ Helpdesk Analyst would need to have at least 3-5 years of experience. For this role, you must have experience with Active Directory and SCCM.

ServiceNow ticketing tool is preferred.

Must be ready to take ITIL certification, if you do not have it already.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or another related field

Experience: Minimum 3-5 years

Relocation: No, this position will not cover relocation expenses
