Job Overview:
We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to fill the role of Customer Care Representative. As a key member of our customer service team, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients through various channels, including phone and email.
Responsibilities:
-Making outbound calls to customers who have inquired about doing business with us
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner via phone and email
-Guiding our customers through the process of setting an appointment to come into our dealership to meet with our sales staff
- Utilize computerized systems (CRM) to track customer interactions and maintain accurate records of our customers
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and effective communication skills
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience. We work as a team!
- Not required but helpful - speak multiple languages, including English and Spanish to better serve our diverse customer base
Experience:
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong focus on customer service and support. Those who have experience in fast paced environments such as: barista, servers, hostesses, restaurant, hotel front desk and the like tend to do very well in this role
