JOB DESCRIPTION:
StretchMed® is expanding nationwide, opening another studio and seeking highly motivated individuals passionate about health & fitness. This role is a unique opportunity for those with a background in exercise science, massage therapy, or physical therapy.
We will provide you with the training, support, and platform to build a book of business as a StretchMed® Certified Stretch Therapist.

Who We Are
StretchMed® is a 1-on-1 assisted stretching model that comes out of the fitness space. Our purpose is to eliminate chronic pain, increase mobility, rejuvenate, and help you move well! Our proprietary stretch protocols were developed from over 50+ years of hands-on experience working with clients in fitness.
StretchMed® Certified Stretch Therapists (CST™) utilize a variety of stretching techniques, including PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation), static, and dynamic stretches, during personalized 1-on-1 assisted stretch sessions. Additionally, each stretch appointment concludes with percussion therapy, aimed at accelerating tissue repair and optimizing blood flow and muscle relaxation.
Job Responsibilities
- Complete all required training and demonstrate the ability to learn, implement, and follow StretchMed protocol & procedure.
- Conduct consultations with clients to assess their specific needs and goals.
- Deliver exceptional 1-on-1 assisted stretching to clients using static, dynamic, and PNF stretching techniques.
- Utilize a consultative sales approach to understand client needs and recommend membership options that align with their fitness and wellness objectives.
- Build lasting relationships with new and existing clients to drive client retention, creating a loyal and expanding foundation for our studio's community
- Lead our grassroots marketing efforts to promote the new studio.
- Organize and participate in pop-up events to generate interest and build clientele.
- Work closely with the rest of the team to organize & execute a cohesive approach to our studio's launch and ongoing promotion.
- Maintain a high standard of professional and personal image consistent with the StretchMed brand at all times.
- Uphold the highest standards of studio cleanliness and organization, ensuring a pristine environment that enhances the client experience.
- Be positive, proactive, and on-time for all work shifts.
- Other responsibilities as required by the Studio Manager.

Requirements
- Certification, license, or degree in exercise science, massage therapy, or physical therapy, including but not limited to Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT), Licensed Physical Therapist (PT)/Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Certified Exercise Physiologist (EP-C), Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), or other relevant qualifications in fitness, wellness, or rehabilitation.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and body mechanics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining client relationships.
- Sales-oriented with a strong motivation to succeed.
- Self-starter, able to initiate and follow through with marketing and sales strategies.
- Ability to learn fast and follow systems.
- Ability to stand for an extended period of time.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 30 per week
