Worxweb Solutions, a premier recruitment agency, is currently seeking dynamic and motivated individuals for the role of Licensed Health Insurance Agent on behalf of our prestigious client. Location: Tampa, FL 33603 (Exact location details provided upon application)
Shift Hours: 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM, Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow the provided script to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Maintain punctuality and a disciplined work ethic.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Make 5-10 sales a week
Requirements:
- Preferred age range: 25-35 years (not a first sales job).
- Athletes are preferred due to their work ethic and coachability.
- Experience with U65 or a proven track record of success in a high-pressure sales environment.
- Licensure is preferred but not required if the candidate is a good cultural fit and has the right attitude and experience.
- Must be extremely coachable if lacking experience, with a short period to adapt and perform.
Compensation:
- $750 a week IF 5 SALES plus 18% of core and 35-50% of Ancillaries complete specifics will be discussed during the interview.
Marketing:
- All inbound live transfers or consumer-initiated inbounds
