We are looking to expand our talent base to correspond with the increase in our client base. As such, we are seeking resumes of attorneys with experience in a wide variety of technology transactions matters including, but not limited to, drafting commercial agreements such as license agreements, SaaS agreements, outsourcing agreements, vendor contracts, subscription agreements, and NDAs, among others.
