- Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day salesforce needs of the business globally to ensure operational flow.
- Manage user support requests & escalations and respond in a timely manner.
- Provide guidance to users on how to utilize the system to meet their needs.
- Manage multiple simultaneous enhancement projects and project-related tasks on time within an Agile development process.
- Work with cross-functional stakeholders to clarify requirements, demo changes, and answer questions about system and improvements.
- Administer aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups.
- Works with IT teams to ensure system integrations are working correctly.
- Works with Data Integrity Specialist to identify, merge, clean-up data.
Qualifications
- Extensive Salesforce product knowledge and at least 3-5+ years' of Salesforce Administration hands-on experience with Sales & Service Cloud
