What we are looking for:
Partner Forces LLC is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Consultant with a strong background in government consulting. This role is integral to driving successful outcomes for our federal clients by leveraging deep industry knowledge, strategic thinking, and exceptional problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading projects, managing client relationships, and delivering high-impact solutions in a government or federal contracting environment.
What you will do as a Senior Consultant:
- Client Engagement: Lead and manage client interactions, ensuring the successful delivery of consulting services that meet or exceed client expectations.
- Project Leadership: Oversee project teams, ensuring that deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with client goals.
- Strategic Planning: Provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients, drawing on a deep understanding of government operations and challenges.
- Business Development: Contribute to business development efforts by identifying new opportunities, supporting proposal development, and nurturing existing client relationships.
- Team Development: Mentor and develop junior consultants, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
- Operational Excellence: Drive process improvements and efficiencies within the consulting practice to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction
Qualifications:
- US Citizen (the nature of our contract requires employees be US citizens)
- Ability to obtain and maintain DHS HQ suitability required; current preferred.
- BA/BS degree required.
- DHS and/or government experience required.
- 10 years of government consulting experience.
- Ability to multi-task and excel in a team environment.
- Strong leadership presence with a proven track record of driving consensus both internally and with external partners.
- Creative problem-solver with experience defining and communicating processes, addressing pain points, and introducing process improvements.
- Enjoy working in a highly collaborative and fast-paced team environment.
- Passionate for building strong cross-functional teams, coaching and mentoring members to deliver results and effectively structure large initiatives.
- Demonstrate good business acumen and experience.
- Have the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and comfort with ambiguity.
