BioRAFT is a fast growing (240% YoY) SaaS platform for the management of laboratory safety and compliance. Our customers include top tier academic research centers, Top-20 pharmaceutical and boutique biotechnology companies, and hospitals. We are scaling up our operations to meet high customer demand, expand our product offerings, and greatly accelerate market penetration.

Founded by scientific researchers, for researchers – BioRAFT supports researchers by enabling them to focus on their research. The BioRAFT application is used in university and pharmaceutical research centers across the country. Our platform organizes lab teams, provides web-based training, provides tools for safety and compliance management, and streamlines lengthy lab safety processes.

The Implementation Project Manager is an essential member of the BioRAFT team; you will manage our web‐based, hosted solution projects across all phases of client implementation while ensuring all business and project goals are met, including schedules, resources, and budgets. The success of our clients is in your hands.

This role will report to the VP of Professional Services and coordinate directly with implementation, software development, sales, and marketing teams. To be successful, the Implementation PM must be ambitious and ready to step-up, and have strong leadership, communication, and team building skills.

Implementation Project Manager Experience

Essential experience:
5+ years of software project or product management experience
Knowledge of formal project management methodologies (including web‐based project management tools, Smartsheet, JIRA a plus)
Enterprise software implementation experience
Proven track record of successfully managing end-to-end enterprise projects throughout their entire project lifecycle
Fundamental understanding of programming and development methodologies

Preferred experience:
Experience with academia, and hospital clientele
Program Management
Agile Software Development
Waterfall Methodology

Academic/Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher degree in a science‐related field
PMP - strongly prefered
