As an Assembly & Test Technician Level 2 here at Honeywell, you will be accountable for assembling and testing various components and products. You will work closely with a team to ensure that all products meet quality standards and customer requirements. Your attention to detail and technical skills will be essential in ensuring the successful assembly and testing of products.
You will report directly to our Assembly & Test Supervisor and you’ll work out of our Tempe, AZ location.
In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our assembly and testing processes, contributing to the overall success of our operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assemble and test components and products according to specifications
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during assembly and testing
- Maintain accurate documentation of assembly and test processes
- Work with team members to improve assembly and testing procedures

YOU MUST HAVE
- 2+ years of experience in assembly and testing
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
WE VALUE-
High School Diploma or GED
- Associate's degree in a technical field
- Experience with electronic assembly and testing
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing ethics
- Strong problem-solving skills
