We are currently searching for a Multi-Family Sales Representative who will serve to provide overall customer service, relationship and project management to Multi-Family Sales Builder customers. We are searching for a dynamic sales professional that will lead in contact with assigned customers, prepare 2020 designs, prepare estimates for customer’s clientele, and handle orders through the entire order journey including entry, sales, warehouse, delivery, fabrication and installation process

Excellent project management skills, with emphasis on driving sales order to completion

Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel in particular
Knowledge of and ability to use business IT systems
Desire to perform extensive computer work
This position requires up 35% travel within the location.
Required Education and Experience:
Secondary education or commiserate experience in design, architecture, construction management or related business preferred.
3+ years of experience in sales project management, preferably in the building material industry with kitchen and bath design.
Proficient use of 20/20 design for kitchen and bath layouts required.
Stone industry experience a plus.
Morware experience a plus.
Strong computer skills: order entry systems, e-mail, file retention, MicroSoft Office
