Responsibilities:
- Assist the Store Manager in managing daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and employee supervision.
- Provide guidance and support to sales associates to ensure they are meeting their sales targets and providing outstanding customer service.
- Conduct employee orientation and training to ensure they are familiar with company policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement effective training programs to improve employee performance and contribute to the growth of the store.
- Manage and maintain the store's budget, ensuring all expenses are within budgetary constraints.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, vendors, and management to achieve common goals.
- Maintain a high level of administrative skills, including data entry, scheduling, and reporting.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, answering phones, and handling customer inquiries.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
