Title- Digital Marketing Coordinator

Position Summary: The digital marketing coordinator will work with advertising agencies, the marketing and sales director(s) and other internal staff to create, schedule, implement, and monitor the digital online marketing and social media marketing needs for Monticello Homes across markets.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Create and post content daily on social media sites. Generate and share content that creates meaningful connections for the company
  • Responsible for creation of all digital marketing campaign creative
  • Responsible for email marketing campaign creation, execution and reporting
  • Create new opportunities to promote the company’s communities as well as fine-tune and improve existing digital campaigns
  • Work with vendors and internal teams to implement regional (San Antonio, Austin, and surrounding areas) digital campaigns
  • Schedule and implement all digital advertisements
  • Identify trends across marketing channels and develop action points
  • Create, report and manage online marketing KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
  • Manage content on all correlating websites
  • Create new copy and content for website and manage creation of specialty landing pages for digital marketing campaigns
  • Manage technical presentations for new model homes to assure on-time completion prior to openings
  • Create internal sales event flyers and update model home collateral
  • Responsible for working with marketing team to create new training videos for sales team
  • Assist with creation of marketing assets for all communities
  • Help field marketing coordinator with event planning and execution including working events
  • Assisting with various other marketing related duties as needed
  • Create marketing presentations for sales teams and other departments
  • Assist in creating, managing, and reporting of annual digital marketing budget
  • Assist in training sales team on the CRM system as well as creating reports from CRM

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • College degree in marketing, communications, business or related field from accredited university
  • 2-3 years of experience with digital marketing
  • Homebuilding and social media experience preferred
  • Computer literate with the ability to use a MS Office, Adobe Creative, and Excel
  • Professionally perform multiple, detailed-oriented tasks with simultaneous deadlines
  • Good writing, creative and organizational skills
  • Possess strong work ethic, integrity and loyalty
  • Team player with the ability to work well under pressure
  • Extremely organized and detail oriented with excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills

Requires the ability to work more than eight hours per day if needed in the confined quarters of an office as well as the field environment at company neighborhoods. Also requires the ability to operate a motor vehicle, read plans, climb stairs and ladders, bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and/or carry items that are less than 50 pounds. Finger dexterity required in operating a computer keyboard and calculator. Office work requires sitting at a computer monitor for extended periods of time, completing paperwork, meeting with vendors and contractors and to receive/return phone messages. Standing is required for filing and copying.
