Helzberg Diamonds is filling an Operations Associate position. Operations Associates are members of our Distribution Center Department that is located in our corporate headquarters in North Kansas City, MO. Almost every piece of jewelry that Helzberg customers purchase at one of our over 200 stores, or by way of Helzberg.com passes through our Distribution Center. At the heart of store replenishment stands an Operations Associate.
Operations Associates play a vital role in making sure merchandise moves in and out of the Distribution Center efficiently and ends up getting to where it is needed. Processing replenishment orders, creating pick tickets and shipping manifests, re-stocking and maintaining proper inventory in the merchandise vault are all technical parts of the job, but in the final analysis being an Operations Associate is really all about making special moments possible.
