TicketNetwork is looking for self-motivated candidates to join our Career Starting Program as Executive Support Specialists. The Executive Support Specialist will gain corporate office experience by working on projects for departments such as Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Project Management, and others. Within one year, each Executive Support team member is expected to earn a position in one of the company's departments through a combination of hard work, networking, and proactively learning as much as possible about the company and the business.

Job duties (include, but are not limited to):
Project support - Assist other departments and executives with varying tasks, both administrative and higher-level; conduct online research; competitive analysis; research and write articles for publication on company websites
Administrative support - Sign in and out all visitors; answer calls; sign for, sort, log and deliver incoming mail; mail checks for accounting; assist employees with outgoing mail as needed; shipping; run errands; order office supplies; data entry
Skill cultivation - Proactively work to learn skills and gain knowledge about the company, with the ultimate goal of securing a position in another department

Education:
Bachelor's degree strongly preferred

Schedule:
Monday through Friday with occasional Saturday shifts
Shifts include 7 AM-4 PM, 8 AM-5 PM, 9AM-6 PM, 10 AM-7 PM, and 11 AM-8 PM
An assigned shift is designated at the time of hire

Required Experience
Office assistant experience preferred
